Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

● Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days for urgent orders.
● Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
● Shipping Charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and weight of the package.
Shipping Confirmations & Tracking
● Tracking Numbers: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
● Tracking Activation: The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
● Policy: Brosiscollections is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
● Fees: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, or duties).
International Shipping
1) Shipping Charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and weight of the package.
2) Our logistic partner is DHL & FedEx.
3) Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days or earlier from the date of the order.
4) We ship throughout the week except during Sundays and Public Holidays.
5) Any additional Taxes/Import Duties/Customs charges levied by the country of import will be borne by the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by the carrier on behalf of the customer.
